Google rolled out an emergency update for Google Chrome to address a security vulnerability (a zero-day exploit) that is actively being exploited. Please update your browser as soon as possible to fix this vulnerability.

01How to update Chrome

Direct answerThree-dot menu, then Help, then About Chrome, then restart.

Open the menuClick the three dots in the top right corner of the browser.

Go to About ChromeSelect Help, then About Chrome. This forces your browser to check for the update.

Restart the browserAfter the update downloads and installs, you will be prompted to restart the browser. Do this to complete the installation.

Chrome users were advised to upgrade to version 108.0.5359.95 for Windows and 108.0.5359.94 for Mac.
